bed pillow covers Ship is filled with scrappers layout personalised birthday gifts
We finish this week of Maritime with this amazing layout Riikka created for us. ？The papers come together to create this mixed media layout that shows off our favorite vintage turquoise and ？neutral color palette. ？
Hello there! It’；s Riikka here sharing a layout I did using the 7Gypsies Maritime collection. The collection is great for everything connected with sea and seafare. But why there’；s a picture of me scrapping in there， thenbed pillow covers， you might ask. Well， as the title suggests there was a ship that was filled with scrappers. The picture is taken of an event last summer and the venue was a museum ship in Turku， a coastal town in Finland.yellow throw pillows
As I love blue and turquoise I used those colors from the collection. But there’；s also shades of old maps and navigational charts available in the collection. The maps and globes go also very well to pages connected with travelling.
Besides the papers from the collection I also used some pieces of the Maritime Ephemera Pack and also the Nautical stamps. There’；s also touches of Tattered Angels mist and paint in there –； like sprays from the waves and sea foam.
Thank you for stopping by today! Until next time!

On just about every parenting site I visit, there seems to be a general theme I see over and over. A parent poses a parenting question to the group about their 18 or 19 year-old child, and the comments pour in along the lines of, “They’re 18, time to let go!” Or, “They’re an adult, not your choice.” It strikes me as odd, we’ve gone from a generation known, and not positively, for intense helicopter parenting, to a screeching parenting halt when our kids hit the magical age of 18.
